How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Increasinglymobile Tree Service wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Handle
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Increasinglymobile Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work, and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Still, let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please understand that Increasinglymobile Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@increasinglymobile.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if known
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Write
We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems involving licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help.
